Voice Template
Enter your voice message script here. Where you require recipient details to be included in the message, use square brackets to enclose the following field commands as per how you have entered the data using either Manual Input, Copy and Paste or File Upload.
[FIELD1] is the recipient name
[FIELD2] is the contact name
[FIELD3] is the name of the venue
[FIELD4] is the appointment time and date
Example: This is an appointment reminder for [FIELD1] with [FIELD2] at [FIELD3] on [FIELD4].
Please note that it is not mandatory that any of the field commands are used. If you wish to send a simple broadcast message then you can keep or omit as you require.
Example: Message for [FIELD1] from the Beauty Salon. Friday is now half price day. Call us on 01234 567890 to book an appointment.

Enter your text message script here. The text message scripting works in the same way as voice message scripting so you can make both exactly the same. The only difference is that where you ask for a keypad response in voice messaging, text messaging requires a text reply instead. Again, where you require recipient details to be included in the message, use square brackets to enclose the following field commands as per how you have entered the data using either Manual Input, Copy and Paste or File Upload.
